2. Ticket Purchase Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by BoletoPH. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to ticket availability, errors in the description or price of the event, or error in your order.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

Event organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, venue, or lineup of an event. In the event of a cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund as determined by the event organizer's policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ticket information. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

BoletoPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoletoPH operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
